Terms
Terms for a considered beginning.
Clear expectations for using the website and beginning a conversation with Forqora.
Using the website
Use the website lawfully and respect the security, privacy and rights of others. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service or submit material you are not entitled to share.
Enquiries and project agreements
Sending an enquiry or registering interest starts a conversation. It does not create a booking, confirm availability or enter you into a service contract. Project scope, fees, timing, responsibilities and intellectual property arrangements are agreed separately in writing before work starts.
Services and prices
Service pages describe available engagement pathways. Starting prices are in Australian dollars and are indicative of the stated entry scope. The written proposal will confirm the complete scope, total fees and any applicable taxes or third-party costs before you decide to proceed.
Emerging capabilities
Future Commerce describes an area of development and selective project exploration. It is not a released software platform or a promise that a specific integration, automation or system is currently available.
Website materials
Website content and visual materials are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. You may view and share links to the site for personal or internal business evaluation. Contact us before reproducing materials commercially or using the brand identity.
External websites
Related brands and third-party links have their own services, terms and privacy practices. A link does not guarantee their content, availability or suitability for your needs.
Availability and your rights
We work to keep information accurate and the website available, but content can change and access may occasionally be interrupted. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including Australian Consumer Law.
Contact
For questions about the website or these terms, contact Peter Schliff on 0459 935 450. A proposal identifies the relevant contracting party and project terms before an engagement begins.
