About this notice
Forqora is a brand and design practice led by Peter Schliff within the Schliff Group ecosystem, based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. This notice describes information collected through this website and its enquiry forms.
Information you provide
The forms collect your name, email, business name and website or social link. Depending on the form, you may also provide a phone number, contact preference, project description, service interest, business stage, budget, timing and notes. Your consent acknowledgement, submission time and source page are recorded. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Why we collect it
We use the information to assess and respond to your enquiry, understand project requirements, keep a record of your request and protect the service from misuse. Registering interest records a specific interest; it does not subscribe you to a general marketing list or confirm a project.
Storage and service providers
Form records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database through OpenAI Sites hosting. Hosting and infrastructure providers process technical data needed to deliver and secure the service, which can involve processing outside Australia. This website does not promise Australian-only data residency. Enquiry records are restricted to authorised administration access.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not load advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Hosting and optional administrator sign-in may use cookies needed for security and authentication. Ordinary public browsing and enquiries do not require an account.
Protecting the service
Submissions are checked for validity, size and origin. A temporary, hashed network identifier limits repeated submissions; the form database does not store your raw IP address for this purpose. Expired counters are removed during subsequent submissions. Infrastructure providers may maintain their own security logs.
Retention and disclosure
Enquiry information is kept for responding to your request, relevant business records and any applicable legal obligations. Access is limited to people who need it for those purposes and providers supporting the service. We do not sell enquiry information or publish it as a case study without permission.
Your information and privacy concerns
To request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, contact Peter Schliff on 0459 935 450. We may ask for enough information to verify the request before releasing or changing a record. Please describe the issue and preferred way to respond. If a concern remains unresolved, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner provides guidance on available complaint pathways.
